Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics website and the automotive diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services provided by Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics(“Florida Bros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, scheduling service, authorizing repairs, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Estimates and Service Requests
Information submitted through this website, including a request for a quote, is a request for information or an estimate and does not by itself constitute authorization to perform repairs.
Quotes provided before inspection or diagnosis may be preliminary and may change after the vehicle has been inspected or diagnostic work has been performed. Vehicle condition, previously performed repairs, corrosion, damaged or seized components, incorrect prior installations, additional required parts, and other conditions that could not reasonably be identified beforehand may affect the final repair price.
When required by Florida law, customers will be provided the opportunity to receive a written repair estimate and authorize repairs before work is performed.
Authorization of Repairs
Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics will perform only work authorized by the customer or an individual authorized by the customer.
If additional repairs, parts, or labor become necessary after work begins, customer authorization may be required before additional work is performed.
Nothing submitted through a website contact or quote form constitutes authorization for Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics to perform repairs or incur charges on behalf of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.
Mobile Service
Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics provides mobile automotive services at customer locations and other appropriate service locations.
The customer is responsible for providing a reasonably safe, legal, and accessible location where the requested work can be performed. We reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or reschedule service when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, including hazardous traffic conditions, inadequate working space, severe weather, unstable surfaces, unsafe vehicles, aggressive animals, or other conditions that could create a risk to the customer, technician, vehicle, or property.
Certain repairs may not be suitable for mobile service and may require specialized equipment or a traditional repair facility.
Vehicle Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information concerning the vehicle, including its year, make, model, engine, symptoms, modifications, prior repairs, and any other information reasonably relevant to diagnosis or repair.
Automotive symptoms may have multiple possible causes. A diagnosis represents our professional assessment based upon the condition and symptoms present at the time the vehicle is inspected.
Labor Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing on the customer's estimate or invoice, Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics warrants workmanship and labor performed by us for 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date the repair is completed.
The labor warranty applies only to the specific repair or service originally performed by Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics.
If a customer believes a covered repair has failed during the applicable warranty period, the customer should contact Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics before having another person or repair facility perform corrective work.
Warranty coverage does not automatically entitle the customer to reimbursement for repairs performed by another person or facility without prior authorization from Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics.
Parts Warranty
Parts installed by Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics are subject to the warranty, if any, provided by the applicable manufacturer, supplier, or distributor.
Manufacturer or supplier warranty terms, exclusions, procedures, and warranty periods vary by product.
Unless specifically stated in writing, Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics does not independently extend or enlarge a manufacturer's warranty.
A manufacturer's parts warranty may cover the replacement part but may not cover diagnostic charges, labor, travel, towing, shipping, fluids, shop supplies, or other costs associated with replacing the warranted part. Any such coverage is determined by the applicable manufacturer's or supplier's warranty.
Customer-Supplied Parts
Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics may, at its discretion, install parts supplied by the customer.
Customer-supplied parts are not warranted by Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics. We make no representation concerning their quality, suitability, authenticity, condition, or compatibility.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, labor associated with failure, defect, incorrect fitment, or replacement of a customer-supplied part is not covered under our labor warranty and may be subject to additional labor or service charges.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance items;
- Failure of an unrelated component;
- Damage caused by overheating, lack of lubrication, fluid loss, contamination, collision, flooding, fire, misuse, neglect, racing, off-road use, or improper operation;
- Damage caused by continued operation of a vehicle after a warning light, overheating condition, abnormal noise, fluid leak, or other indication of mechanical failure;
- Modifications or alterations made after our repair;
- Repairs or adjustments subsequently performed by another person or repair facility that affect the warranted work;
- Customer-supplied parts, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing;
- Pre-existing conditions or problems unrelated to the repair performed; or
- Incidental deterioration or failure of aged components occurring during otherwise reasonable repair procedures where such failure was not caused by negligent workmanship.
No Guarantee of Unrelated Vehicle Condition
Repairing one condition does not guarantee that a vehicle is free from other mechanical, electrical, safety, or maintenance problems.
Florida Bros Mobile Mechanics is responsible only for the services specifically authorized and performed.
Recommendations concerning additional maintenance or repairs are based upon conditions observed during service and are not necessarily a comprehensive inspection of every vehicle system.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms stated on the applicable estimate, work order, or invoice.
Customers are responsible for authorized labor, parts, diagnostic charges, service-call charges, and other disclosed charges applicable to the service performed.
Cancellations and Parts Ordered
Special-order parts, deposits, diagnostic fees, service-call fees, and cancellation charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before they become non-refundable or chargeable.
Parts specially ordered for a customer's vehicle may be subject to supplier return policies and restocking charges.
Website Quotes
Prices, descriptions, service information, and other content appearing on this website are provided for general informational purposes.
A website quote or price range is not a final repair estimate unless expressly identified as such. Final pricing may depend upon vehicle specifications, diagnosis, parts availability, labor requirements, taxes, fees, and the actual condition of the vehicle.
Website Use
Users may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, submit fraudulent information, interfere with website operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Third-Party Services
The website may use or link to third-party services such as mapping providers, payment processors, communication providers, social-media platforms, analytics services, or other technology providers. Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable Florida or federal law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be subject to applicable Florida law and any jurisdiction or venue requirements imposed by law.
